Step 1 Choose the country in the list of the countries. Then click on the link.

Step 2 Choose the city where you want to book the hotel in the list of the cities. Then click on the link.

Step 3 The system gives the list of the hotels, which are available for booking. Also there is information about hotel star rating, hotel pictures, the nearest airport, restaurant, the being of hotel reviews and price (room/night) on the page. Click on the link (the name of hotel or "Hotel info") to get more information about the hotel you like.Step 4

Then you can see the hotel`s picture, its address, location, services and breakfast rate in the opened page. If you are interested in the hotel, choose the number of persons per room, the number of rooms, the arrival and departure dates. Then click on the link "Book Now!"

Step 5 The customer form is opened. You should fill the next fields:
  • Name of the guest(s) - the first name and the second name of the customer
  • E-mail - e-mail where you can receive the booking confirmation
  • Country - your country
  • City - your city
  • Address - the name of the street and the number of your home
  • Phone - you should fill this field without any special symbols (space, brackets and etc.)
  • Fax
  • Comments - here you may write additional requirements and your wishes.

The first 6 fields should be filled, the others may be filled optionally. All fields should be filled using the Roman alphabet.

There is the credit card form under the customer form. You should fill the following data about your credit card: Bank, Credit Card ¹, Expiry date, Card Verification Code. All fields should be filled obligatory except the last one. Card Verification Code is filled optionally. All fields should be filled with using the Roman alphabet.
Before you push the "Book Now" button, please read the "Horse 21 booking agreement" and make a mark to the checkbox "I have read the "Horse 21 booking agreement" and agree herewith".

If you are a corporate client the "Login" of the corporate client should be written in.

Step 6 The booking confirmation will be sent to your e-mail in 7 seconds after your filling the customer card and pushing the "Book Now" button.
